May 2011. Worcester Rugby Club back to Premiership

After 1 year in the Championship Worcester Rugby Club have been promoted back to the Premiership.

Having won the league by just 19 points!! - Worcester had to play in the playoffs for the right to be promoted. On Wednesday 18th May they played the second leg of the final at home against the Cornish Pirates. Having won the first leg down in Penzance, Worcester were in pole position. They won the second leg after a few scares but have been promoted. Good News.

Neil was part of the capacity crowd at Sixways to witness this fantastic evening.
